This aluminum bar is used in the power generation industry. It takes 4 milling operations to form this complete part.
This multi-step part is made from mild steel. It uses 3 milling and 1 turning operation. This part showcases how to successfully cross drill threaded holes and intersect with threads without creating burrs.
This flat plate made from 4140 hardened steel is milled in 2 operations. It is used in the stamping industry.
This multi-step product made from aluminum has 2 turning operations and 2 milling operations before it is coated with black anodize. This handle showcases an ability to make products used by the consumer.
This stainless steel part made for the packaging industry. After 1 turning operation, this part is milled using a 4th axis to form angled surfaces. After being induction hardened, this part is turned and polished for a bright finish.
